Hungry Hollow is a hidden ravine in the hills of Mendocino County where homegrown wine has been enjoyed by locals for close to a century. Hungry Hollow wines are designed to ease the workingman’s blues with prices that are easy to swallow. Our wines are produced and bottled by Navarro Vineyards which is located just over the ridge. A century ago, when Navarro was a lumber town, it was call Wendling and wine flowed freely in the boarding houses and dance halls. Hungry Hollow follows that tradition of worthy, local wine at prices every thrifty and hard-working man or woman can afford. The grapes were grown in Mendocino County and the winemaking was done right here, with the same loving attention Navarro Vineyards affords to all their award-winning wines.
